There should be no misunderstandings to spoil your excitement and no unanswered questions. Individual cancellation insurance is definitely advisable.

• cancellation free of charge up to 10 days before arrival (28 days during the winter high season)
• 100% of the total costs in case of delayed cancellation, late arrival or early departure and by no-show
• your credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation. 100% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card after the free cancellation period has expired, or payment will be requested in advance by bank transfer
• Any costs for subsequently identified consumption, repair of defects or missing items after your stay will be charged to the credit card specified during the booking process
• required minimum stay at certain dates
• reservations of 3 or more rooms are considered group bookings (this also applies if the rooms are booked through multiple bookings) and are subject to our group policy, which allows us to adjust the terms and conditions, payment and cancellation policies accordingly. 
• non-smoking in all rooms and public areas (however all balconies, terraces and garden are at disposal)
• no dogs/pets allowed
