There should be no misunderstandings to spoil your excitement and no unanswered questions. Individual cancellation insurance is definitely advisable.

• cancellation free of charge up to 10 days before arrival (28 days during the winter high season)
• 100% of the total costs in case of delayed cancellation, late arrival or early departure and by no-show
• your credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation. 100% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card after the free cancellation period has expired, or payment will be requested in advance by bank transfer.
• required minimum stay at certain dates
• reservations of 3 or more rooms are considered group bookings and are subject to our group policy, which allows us to adjust the terms and conditions, payment and cancellation policies accordingly. 
• non-smoking in all rooms and public areas (however all balconies, terraces and garden are at disposal)
• no dogs/pets allowed
